R3NEGADE Training was founded by Steve Johng, a performance coach with nearly a decade of experience in strength training, mobility systems, and physical therapy-informed coaching.
His background includes:
• Strength and performance coaching
• Rehabilitation support with PT clinical experience
• Nutrition coaching
• Sports coaching and athletic development
• Obstacle course racing and endurance events
Working with clients recovering from injuries and chronic pain revealed a pattern:
